Unless otherwise agreed, all hire items are for a 3-day hire period.

Yes, we deliver across the Gold Coast and surrounding areas. Delivery fees for sale items are calculated based on location and added automatically at checkout.

Up to 30km outside Gold Coast:$100 drop-off + $100 pick-up

Yes. Pickup is available by appointment only. Pickup details will be provided once your order or enquiry is confirmed.

No. We do not provide setup services for sale items. Hire items will be supplied as agreed during the booking confirmation.

Payment options may include card payment, bank transfer, PayPal, and/or pay on pickup or delivery (where offered). All payments for sale items must be confirmed before collection or delivery.

If you need to cancel or change an order or hire booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes or refunds (if applicable) depend on timing and preparation already completed.
